As a Community or Citywide Education Council member, you can help make a direct impact on your child’s education. Community Education Councils host Town Halls with the Chancellor, collaborate with Superintendents to raise student achievement, and propose improvements to school buildings. Citywide Education Councils advocate for the student populations they represent.
